i signed on and i went on live for a minute and then got disconnected. Then it wouldnt let be sign back on. i run the connection test and it says i dont have an ethernet cable connected and i checked them and i do. do any of u guys know what to do to fix this.cant connect to live
Try the old, ''unplug and replug the power cable'' on your modem. Are you using a router as well?cant connect to live
