Should I Get this 360? HELP!!!

Someone i know has a 360 that he never plays. It is the core system with a Hard Drive, so no headset. also the wired controller does not work. the 360 itself has some scratches on it and used to have a GH3 sticker on it and he tryed taking it off and some of the sticky things of the sticker left some marks. it also comes with Halo 3 Collectors edition with both discs..........................and only the cover for the Manuel. other than that both discs run fine. all this for 100 bucks. and o yea please note, my brother has a 360 with 2 controllers and a headset and a lot of good games, Halo 1, 2, 3, Rainbow six Vegas 1 and 2, gta4, cod2, forza 2, so i can just use his controller and headset and play some of his games. also i already have a Gamertag from using his 360 and Games for Windows Live. should i go pick it up today?Should I Get this 360? Yeah for 100 bucks I say go for it. The sticky crap can come off easily, but just make sure he didnt get the console banned from Live, and that he didnt tamper with it.Should I Get this 360? HELP!!!

yeah do it since u have a gamertag, controlers that work, some games. make sur nothing happened to it such as ban, opened up for some reason.
