PES or FIFA?

Which one should I get? I've heard FIFA has better graphics and it's a slower paced game than PES which sounds right for me but I've also heard it has a higher learning curve and I kinda suck at soccer games. :P What are the pros and cons of the two games? Thanks!PES or FIFA?
I haven't played them but my brother enjoys those games and he prefers FIFAPES or FIFA?
pro evo's lost it a bit and now fifa is now the preferred game. good really, more competition = better games, common sense people
I have always preferred FIFA because of the complete team rosters alone, but I personally think it has the better gameplay mechanics as well. The latter is probably just a matter of personal opinion, though. Both of them are pretty good football games.
Fifa 08 all the way man!:D yes it has better graphics and it has a higher learning curve which is pretty deep for a soccer game,kinda like comparing skate with tony hawks of course skate will always be the best because of the deep learning system it has and graphics.
FIA 08 By miles, can't wait until FIFA 09
Since everyone recommends FIFA, would it be better to buy 08 now or just wait for 09?
Either wait for 09 or get the new Euro cup game it's the best, gameplay wise, out of the three.
PES or Winning eleven use to be the best.. But Fifa 08 for 360 really raised the bar.. If you have a PS2 or Xbox then i would check out Winning eleven soccer 9 it is arguably the best soccer game ever made..
If you want gameplay go with PES, if youy want graphics go with Fifa

You've got me wrong. I have no problem with EA. In fact, I prefer all of their sports games to 2K. And I have no problem with EA's bid to purchase smaller dev companies. I just thought it was ironic that people here were actually recommending EA's FIFA without going into long winded debates on how EA is ''ruining the game industry.''
