hey i got the RROD last saturday it got picked up by UPS on Monday and got to xbox service centre on Thursday morning i then checked the status of it Thursday night and it sayed shipping back to customer i also got a e-mail confirming this kinda fast considering Ive heard ppl saying it has taking up to 1month to get there xbox back has this happened to anyone else ??? MS service centere

I've noticed the same thing, the same day the server center received my console... they shipped a replacement the same day which will arrive Monday. 2 week process - impressed

A friend of my had 2 RROD's returned within 10 days each. MS is fairly fast and efficient at the process as they've done it a million times. Ha.
