Can you move saved games?

I was playing forza on my gf's xbox 360 and was wondering if i could transfer my saved game/career to my console using a memory card?Can you move saved games?

It depends which gamertag was signed in when playing, as the save will be for the specific gamertag. If you played using your gamertag, then get a memory card and you can move it to your 360 and play. If it was on your gf gamertag, then moving it to your 360 wont help.
