well i tried to get on live for about a week now and i cant.. when i go to the troubleshooting screen and run the tests it says the network adapter is disconnected and when i check the ethernet it is plugged in correctly and im using a cat5..ive tried connecting it directly to the modem without using the router but it still doesnt work.. so is my xbox 360's ethernet port broken...?If so what do you think i should do??xbox 360 back port????
If you think it works and you arent doing something right, look HERE If you think its broken and you have it under warranty look HERE Give them a call and they can help and at least tell you if it's the xbox. I would suggest trying to get ahold of a friends xbox and try it out on your connection just to make sure if it is the modem or even possibly the ethernet cable. Hope I helped.
