Old stuff?

im posting this because a friend of mine just got a new 360 (his old one kinda caught on fire) and he was wondering if theres any way to get old things like themes and stuff the ones that where like for 1 day and stuff (gears of war:emergance day,7/7/07 halo theme,holiday themes etc...) cause his hard drive is all melty and dripping some odd fluid and he cant download them
^in short is there some kind of like redeem code or special section to download old 1 time things?

we couldnt find it on the market place and he said the 360 was sparking and kinda just melted (its kinda hot around here plus the heat it produces PLUS!!! no AC = broken xbox for him :P
Lol then i guess your out of luck dude because if it isint on the market place then i cant think of where you could get them...did he recover his gamertag? or did he make a new one because he could recover his gamertag and i think the themes and gamerpics would be there.:)
he recoverd his tag but when you do that you only get everything you bought before ON THE MARKETPLACE for free so if its not there hes only getting the ones i can fit on my mem card :P
