I'm not sure but I thought I would bump it for you. I think you should have researched this before buying the console...i imported an elite to europe what do i ...
i think u need a certain copy of a game to play in a different country, like i think u have to import all ur games so they come from wherever ur console came from. i cant just put a japanese lost oddesey in my american 360. if u get a converter id watch out cuz 360 is bad enuf going thru a power block (i have to put mine directly into the wall) let alone a converter.
You need a small voltage converter, it's like the plug you mentioned and converter in one, shouldn't cost more than $20.http://www.220-electronics.com/Transformers/lttrans/prod.html Like those.

[/QUOTE]well most japanese/asian 360 games are region free so no problems there. i have looked into everything it will work fine, i have games (region free) i have a hdtv so ntsc is supported i just need to know if i need a full on voltage converter or if i can simply use 1 of them simple holiday converters like andrew just pointed out.and what is wrong with the power block with the 360?oh if i used an european power block would the 360 work fine?
You'll need a power converter. And make sure it's a good one. As for games, I order them off of play-asia.
